L: I nice head on it. A bit hazy. Honestly colored very much like a peach.
S: HUGE peach aroma. Smells like a fresh peach
T: This is where is starts to go south. A bit sweet for an IPA.
F: A bit thin. A little bit of an alcohol bite for being only 6.5
O: A beer that's close to being great. Bit falls just a bit short. Definitely worth trying a pint on a hot day though. Out of the can and out of a glass are VASTLY different beers. If you done love it one way, try it the other.

the name makes this sound more spectacular than it is, although there are elements of it that i really dig. for one, its ipa first, not fruit beer first, the hops ride way out in front of the peach, and i actually get more peach in the nose than in the flavor. the taste is more generic sweetness, less specifically peach, more dried apricot maybe too, but the sweet allows for some hop bitterness to not overrun this, so there is a cool kind of balance in here. not much head from the tap on this cloudy thick pulpy orange pint, although the restaurant was mad busy and this could have sat on the server station at the bar for five minutes or more before it made it to our table, no judgement there, but its thicker than i find appealing, even for hazy beer. the nose is juicy ripe natural peach, not overly robust but identifiable in a deep whiff. the hops have some orange and more generic citrus to them, while the malt is a tad bigger than it needs to be. all of this is also true with the flavor, but the peach is way back now, the hops in front, some pine there as it warms and a needed pop of bitterness on the swallow. id like to see this cleaned up a bit, might even work better as a clear ipa, but i like the proportions of fruit and hops in here and think they have a lot of potential here. cool to see so much silver city draft around idaho lately, tons of new flavors!

Poured from can into Modern Times Willi glass. Pkg date 7/21/20
Look: Orange and opaque like an orange cream Italian soda with off white head that dissipates quickly to the edge of the glass. It’s weird if this is your first milkshake IPA but trust me, it will make sense later.
Smell: Unmistakable, pungent peach and citrus aromas and a touch of sourness.
Taste: Follows the nose and also incorporates gentle creaminess from the lactose. Sweet and slightly tart at first but quickly balanced by the gentle bitterness from the citrusy hops and the creamy lactose.
Feel: Medium-full body and medium carb, coats the inside of your mouth like a breve latte.
Overall: Great execution, refreshing, and delightfully unique. Although it’s on Silver City’s year-round lineup, it’s definitely more of a spring beer, which is where it used to be in their seasonal rotation. I, however, will definitely drink this one year-round. Hats off to Don Spencer and the brew team!

Beautiful hazy beer. Excellent head. Mild nose with floral and juicy hops.
Nicely sour on the palate, like overripe peaches and oranges. Balanced with citrus hops.

Bright orange. I mean really bright, like borderline Orange Crush. The head is white too, giving it the appearance of a creamsicle shake. It's definitely a unique look. Loads of peach in the aroma, there's no mistaking it. It has the light refreshing feeling of a sour, but with more sweetness and bitterness combined. Definitely a weird brew, but one I'm enjoying...although I don't think I'd want more than one in a sitting.

This is a light craft beer. Not watered down but easydrinking and not a lot of hops for an IPA. Not strong on peach, if you ask me, but a nice fruit water taste.

Poured from 22oz bomber into a tulip. This is billed as a "Peach IPA", and there's no date on the bottle.
Appearance: medium orange hue with plenty of haze; there's just a dash of pink, it seems, so it does indeed have a peachy appearance. Head is two fingers of frothy ivory foam; I think it looks outstanding.
Smell: plenty of peach aroma along with some citrusy, melony hops that work great (although the melon-like aroma could just be a function of the peach). I think it's quite interesting, and I like it.
Taste: there's enough bright citrus flavor from the hops to prevent the peach from being cloying. A moderately heavy bitterness at the end also allows the peach to come through just enough without being overpowering -- this is definitely still beer. It's weird and I enjoy it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: this is a seriously interesting beer. I don't know that it'll go in the regular rotation, but as a once-in-a-while adventure, I could totally see myself drinking this again.

This is the most orange colored beer I've ever seen. Plenty of white foam in the Ciney snifter. It's just a fascinating surprise. I'm thinking of carrot juice color. The peach aroma is so strong I think of coconut, if that makes sense.
The mouthfeel is light and pleasantly tangy to go with the near overdose of fruit. Moderately sweet but zingy with fruit acids. I see there is lactose added, which I could have done without, but it's the mother of all fruit bombs.
This might have been even better with a little less fruit, but the flavor is so good it's hard to complain. So many fruit beers have such a sketchy or industrial flavoring taste. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Haggen Market. Brewed in Bremerton since they've closed the old Silver City brewing facility.
