Pours a three finger white head over a cloudy dull gold liquid. Smells mineral, bready, mild cherry, and grainy. Tastes floral hoppy (like from Hallertauer) with decent hop bitter and mild grainy. Fairly dry overall, it comes across moreso due to the gentle peppery zip from hop bitter in the finish. The aftertaste is minerally dry with some iron flavor. Yeasty and with a bit of worty tang. Some biscuity malt and pils-like hopping. Pretty good. Light body and modest carbonation.

pours a clear pale straw yellow with a thin white head, and good lacing.

smell is faint, slight corn, slight grain, and a touch of floral.

taste is light, dry, grain, and a touch of citrus, ends dry.

like most silver city brews just doesnt quite hit the mark.

Service Glassware, 12 ounce german stein. Service Temp, 40 degrees.

Appearance, is straw gold & with some light clarity.

Head Retention, is medium to strong foamy head and with a rapid (not excited) release of lace. After consumption the lace is torn and laying within the glass.

Aroma, is sweet with some dryness and a mild bit of honey sweetness.

Sipping this I detect yeasty, with some wheat and mild diacytel and some dryness.

Overall mouthfeel is mild to medium.

An interesting and welcome entry into the limited market of craft beers in WA.

Cheers
