Delightful, delicate, and refreshing-- this spin on a classic, Belgian-style witbier (one could say, the original hazy style) is enhanced by a robust dry-hopping process, offering up bright, citrus character against a soft, wheaty texture.

22 oz bottle from Costco. This beer has an interesting taste, it is light with a Belgian yeast taste and a nice hop flavor. (Label says Liberty, Amarillo, & Cascade hops). The aroma is hops with a slight hint of Belgian yeast. I don't know if I can get use to the Belgian yeast in an IPA that is light. Maybe have to try again to see. For the type of beer, it's OK, but probably not for me. 30 IBUs Rated 3-17-2020

A white IPA from Silver City. Luminescent (probably not exactly right) label describes it as a hoppy Belgian-style witbier and claims only 30 IBU -- very low for a 6.8% IPA. Beer is pale yellow-orange-amber, lightly hazed, and forms a nice white head. Aroma is yeasty, floral, and has a nice Belgian blonde quality to it. Label claims Liberty, Amarillo, and Cascade hops. I really don't know what to make of this.
Flavorwise it's exactly a hoppy witbier. I get lemongrass and clove as the primary flavors, but there's a hoppy bitterness which brings it into the single-IPA in a respectable way. It's actually really delicious.
Not as noble as Houblon Chouffe but WAY more interesting to my palate than Chainbreaker.
