Crystal clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Brigand chalice. Aromatic with lemon, melon, and a touch of cedar. Mild and fruity to start, with just a touch of sweetness. Delicious honeydew melon flavor with a touch of bitter lime peel. This is all very pleasant and restrained, but the moderate bitter aftertaste grows. And finally it's sharp and peppery. These hops are full of flavor with just the right herbal note, and did I mention WC-bitter? From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 06/10/2024.
