Old brown oak leaf created by adding oak leaves on beer a year already matured in oak barrels. On the edge of forests Grijslookse this leaves were carefully hand-picked .
The late summer leaves give the beer a woody flavor and a drying sensation in the mouth. The wild yeasts that occur naturally on the leaves are present, ferment the residual sugars in the beer to a wide range of complex and especially organic aromas.
Enjoy this unique beer and get carried through your senses on a sunny autumn walk in the woods.
