Copenhagen 19/2 2024. 33 cl bottle from Den Belgiske Ølbutik, Jyllingevej, Vanløse. Dark label with Verzet's logo in white and the name of the beer in dark blue. Nearly indistinguishable.
Pours opaque, murky dark red with a small off-white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense wire a sweet fruity odor of forest berries mingling with a sharp, citric and tart scent. Sweet blueberries and strawberries. Tart gooseberries and citrus. Touch of vinegar.
Rather strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour- Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Not too sweet flavored Oud Bruin.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%. Dark reddish brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Aroma of oak, red wine, lemons, brettanomyces and blueberries. Sour flavour with the same elements as the aroma, also notes of red wine vinegar. Hardly any bitterness.
