Copenhagen 23/4 2024. 33 cl bottle from Den Belgisk Ølbutik, Jyllingevej, Vanløse. Black label with the name of the beer in gold.
Pours opaque, murky amber with almost no head. Disappears completely after a few seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light sweet fruity odor mingling with a more subtle tart scent. Gets stronger as the beer warms up. Ripe, bruised pear and peach. Sour green grapes and citrus.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, strangely fizzy and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intenser with a light sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a bit sharp. Lingers for a bit.Finish is dry.
Dry and tart fruit beer.
