On-tap, snifter, THG.
A: Served a dark cola brown with a finger of soft dark tan head that slowly faded to a fuzzy collar.
S: Definitely briney and salty smelling. I get rich and creamy notes of thick chocolate fudge that reminds me of the warm fudge on an ice-cream sunday.
T: Mild chocolate flavors dominate but are not as strong as the nose. Hints of ocean and mussels really do come through. There's not a ton of flavor overall. I get a light notes of roast as well. Slightly bitter aftertaste.
M: Light body, light and clean mouthfeel. Tons of foamy, creamy, and scrubbing carbonation.
O: Really good and authentic shellfish taste. Would go good with some actual mussels or oysters. Flavors are very mild and light, but this drinks surprisingly well.
