750ml bottle into stemware.
A: Pours a clear iced tea color with a very active and fuzzy tan head that faded into a thick collar that lasted the whole beer through. Wispy thick lace.
S: Super musty and lightly funky nose with notes of grapes, must, and wine yeast. Tons of malt character as well, but not overly sweet.
T: Tons of wine yeast and must, red grape skins and mild caramel. Grape and malt flavor dominates but isn't overly sweet . Amber flavors. Very slightly funky albeit more musty than funk, yeasty, apple flavors come through, like a light cider but watered down and with a touch more spice and definitely more wine. Touch of white grape as well.
M: Very frothy carbonation, medium-lighter body, drying mouth. Very effervescent and sparkling yet fuzzy carbonation. Spice in the finish includes cinnamon, nutmeg, and leathery earth. Woody flavors. Lighter bitter
O: Tons of wine yeast and musty flavors. A lot going on a definitely a unique flavor profile.

Pours a half finger of head on a clear darker straw body.
The aroma is clean and fruity.
The taste is mellowed malt, a little caramel, from fruits, and nuts.
The texture is crisp and fizzy.
It's an enjoyable brew.
