Look: Amber-orange and cloudy, with no head.
Aroma: Sweet and strongly reminiscent of banana. The malt presence is low—perhaps a touch of caramel, though slightly unusual. In the background, there’s a noticeable forest-like, resin aroma.
Taste: Very sweet, with minimal to no bitterness. Banana dominates the flavor profile. Malt is subdued, with faint forest notes. There’s also an odd, hard-to-define aroma—something “raw” or slightly wild.
Texture: No carbonation. Very thick mouthfeel. Moderate to strong alcohol warmth, though it's pleasantly integrated.
Overall: Quite enjoyable to drink, though a bit too sweet for my personal preference, especially on the nose. I don’t have much experience with sahti, but I struggled to identify a well-defined malt profile in this particular example. That said, the appearance and mouthfeel are top-tier.

300ml on-tap at Kufle i Kapsle, Warsaw (11 PLN):
This was an interesting first sahti for me, the beer opened with a lot of sweetness & some nice malts but there was also hints of tart that I'd not expected but that were fairly enjoyable. There was hints of a wheat beer at times thanks to the banana & cloves that featured, particularly with the nose & I thought it was a relatively easy beer to drink. It had a nice balance & was pleasant enough but I'm not sure I'd put it up there with my favourite styles of beer just yet, it was at least another style tick & one that I'm glad to have found since I've never seen one available in the UK so far.
