Color: light yellow, almost straw, cloudy. Foam white, small, totally unstable, which is not surprising.
Aroma: notes of dry wine, white grapes, oranges and a touch of caramel.
Taste: again white grapes and oranges, beer is clearly dry with a hint of peppermint focus, the whole is broken caramel.
Saturation high as most appropriate.

Bottle 01.04.16. Aroma of rotten wheat, clove, some banana and yeast, little iron and wet paper in background. Light golden colour, hazy, without head. Little watery in taste, mainly yeast, banana, clove, spices. No clear bitterness, rather spicy and orange notes. Slightly sour aftertaste, yeasty and bready. Medium body, oily texture, alcohol noticeable in taste. Medium to high carbonation, fizzy. Not especially good, medium drinkability. I think something in process gone wrong.
