Yellow and orange, cloudy, a bit like a multi-vitamin juice.
Foam white, fine-bubble, remote, immediately reduced to the ring.
The aroma of pickled cucumbers, sauerkraut, a bit of orange, sour bread, and even honey. I had the impression that directly from the bottle additionally feel cumin and even some greens (spice).
Taste like the flavor of pickled cucumbers, cabbage, honey and orange only accentuated by gently stable and something else.
Gentian short, not too high, characteristic of pomelos.
Saturation high, perfect. Alcohol does not feel.
In summary, Kwas Alfa is a good beer, sour but without exaggeration, certainly perfect for hot days, deserve attention notes from the stables, which are very interesting. It seems to me that it is not bad but could be even better.
