Color: dark brown, you can not see if it is clear. Head beige fine and medium bubble, not too high and generally unstable.
Aroma: fruity, wine, delicate roasted in the background.
Taste: a sour, seasoned but not harshly. Just like the aroma, red fruit and black. At the finish of each sip after a short time in the mouth is the taste of fresh bread with caraway.

Dark brown color with light brown head. Aroma has a lactic note and roasted malt. Also a bit of balsamic vinegar. Taste starts slightly roasty with dark rye bread and sourdough. Medium body and carbonation. Really interesting combination of dark, roasted malts and lactic sourness.
