Copenhagen 8/10 2018. 50 cl bottle from Ninkasira Bottleshop, Kbh N. The label looks like the motif from a box of margarine with some stylized flower. A French and a Polish flag.
Pours hazy pale yellow with small, bubbly white head. Settles as flimsy remnants of foam drifting aimlessly around.
Aroma is sweet and fruity. Elderberries, citrus and oranges, sugar. Fairly strong acidc odor which manages not to be unpleasant.
Light carbonation. Slightly flat, watery texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger sour bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Fine fairly dry Wit with a fine fruitiness and sour bitterness.

500 ml bottle Browarium Sklepy Piwne Pours cloudy yellow with a small white foamy head. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing. Smell - Yeasty to the fore, light citrus notes, slight spice undertones. Taste - Wheat, citrus fruits with a crisp bitter finish. Nice witbier with a fruity hoppy tinge.

Hazy peach color with off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, fresh, citrusy with some wheat and aromatic herbs. Taste starts with citrus fruits, coriander, orange and lemon peel. Finish is quite bitter and hoppy for a witbier. Body and carbonation are on the light side. Quite nice combination of a witbier and intense hops.
