Intense red colour, with a distinct haze. Foam slightly pink, high, with medium-long reduction time.
Aroma juicy fruity (redcurrant, minimally blackcurrant), yoghurt-like (lactose).
Taste sour, even very much so. It is light and refreshing.
Saturation medium. Body low. Smooth texture. Long sour aftertaste.

Really thick fruit concentrate look with purple head. Aroma is really juicy and fruity with grape must notes and light yeast funk. Taste is fruity and sour but not too acidic. Finish has a light berry seed bitterness. Medium plus body with medium carbonation. Really nice fruity sour with intense flavor.
