Opalescent yellow colour. White, finely bubbled, high, persistent head, clinging intensely to the glass, no lacing.
Medium intensity aroma, hoppy-fruity (citrus), with a slight sweetness in the background.
The taste is dominated by citrus and grapefruit bitterness. It may not be too high, but it adds a kick.
Full body. Smooth texture. Medium-long dry aftertaste.

GdaĆsk 25/7 2019. 50 cl bottle from Polo Market in Hel. Very bubbly and pastel colored label in light Green, light Blue, yellow and pink. I almost miss my pastel colored docksides.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No Lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity and sour citric. Sweet Peach, Pineapple and Mango. Strong notes of citrus and grapefruit. Resin touch.
Light carbonation. Soft, medium thick, almost creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is a little thin and feels diluted. Medium sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter. Lingers for a bit.
Really fine nose and feel - but the taste is a bit thin.

Pours slightly murky, pale gold in color with minimal head. Taste is orange, lemon and mineral. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, slightly bitter. Not horrible but certainly below average. Nothing I need to try again...a '''no.
