Copenhagen 27/1 2025. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Light blue can with a sprawl of Pastel colors lighting up.
Pours unclear, golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as paper-thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty odor with a touch of tropical fruits mingling with a dry citric scent. Sweet pale malts with a touch of caramel. Peach and pineapple. Grapefruit and Citrus. Dry Vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger civic bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while- Finish is dry.
Nice, dry and classic.
