Welcome to our hoppy travel agency! This time we are brewing with Uchu Brewing, Japanese masters of Hazy IPA beers and using Krush™, hops, knows as HBC 586 variety, which officially ends the time of experiments. Additionally Citra®, Simcoe® and Nelson Sauvin™ – expect tropical and white fruits notes.

Copenhagen 11/3 2025. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Photo of Tokyo with Fuji in the background on the can
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of Tropical fruits mingling with zesty Citrus fruits. Whiff of Pine trees. Sweet Pineapple and Passion fruit. Oranges. Grapefruit and Lemon. Resin.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A zesty and dry visit to Tokyo.
