Orange copper color, cloudy. Foam low, white.
Aroma: butter mingling with caramel, a little sweet fruit and lightweight resin.
Taste: The resin is clearer, farther sweet tropics and a little citrus.
Gentian dry, grapefruit far behind. Saturation medium toward low. The beer is full-bodied, slightly oily, smooth.

Bottle shared by Radek, 500ml into a tulip. Apparently this beer roughly translates into "The Empire Strikes Back." As well, this is supposedly Poland's first DIPA (featuring Columbus, Zeus, Chinook, Centennial, Citra, Cascade and Palisade hops). Best before October 12, 2012.
Clear brownish orange, with a light head and a bit of retention. Biscuity malt nose, lots of tropical and citrus as well. Caramel also, a good bit of malt to contend with the hops. Much more citrus hops on the palate, considerably less malt character. Bitter herbal finish. Medium feel, quite bitter and a good balance between the bitterness and sweet malt notes. An OK DIPA, perhaps a bit of improvement is required. Certainly not bad for the brewer's first attempt at producing a commercially sized batch.

A wierd aroma, perhaps with the citrus and the unusual yeast used. Three c-hops including citrus, also Palisade. Citrus taste, very sweet, big IBU. Decent drinker. Some off flavours, nothing substantive, still interesting.
