The colour is yellow (5 EBC), the liquid is clear. The finger thick white head is airy. OK head retention and some lacing.
The smell is light. Smooth notes of pilsener malt, white loaf and herbal hops. Hints of lactose.
The taste is light with hints of caramel sweetness, floral notes and a delicate bitterness. Butter in the background and a weak touch of paper. Light body. The aftertaste is smooth with some dandelions, green leaves and ripe anonymous fruits. The finish is semi-sweet.
The carbonation is medium strong, the small bubbles short-lived. The liquid is light.
A very light and clean pilsener, yet it got some nice floral notes.
