One of the most genuin Weissbier from Sweden which I have tested. Banana taste and smell. Refreshing summer beer. Together with shrimps and fish this beer will form a nice combination.

A: Pours hazy yellow with a rather large white airy, but still compact head. Dissipation leaves decent lacings.
S: Ripe bananas - sweetness. Cloves and grass together with citric notes. Some spieces and lots of yeast.
T: Sweet breadyness. Ripe bananas and citric notes. Some bitter hops, yeast and spices. Grassy.
M: Long bitter aftertaste. Body is smooth and rather ligth, while carbonation is rich.
O: A refreshing Hefeweizen, rather nice and summery.
