A: A massive compact fantastic-looking pale brown head is what fills my glass. Then there is a mahogony color. After quite some time there is rich lacings.
S: Chocolaty and sweet dark malyt. Spices are x-masy, but rather suttle. Some dark rye-bread. Dark dried fruits. No ginger, but the smell is like ginger snaps.
T: In the taste the nose is accopanied by American floral hoppy fruits; grapefruits and faint pineapple. Firtree needles. Rather rich bitter hops. The spice is held back but still this is an obvious Spiced beer.
M: Long bitter aftertaste. Body is smooth and rather full while carbonation is held back.
O: Not bad at all. This one is a Spiced beer where the beer is stronger than the spice.
