Got a pitcher to share with some friends. No one was impressed. At first we didn't even know if we got served correctly. They must use just the smallest amount of dark malt because it is not very impressive. It looked more like someone spilled some Wisconsin soil into a wheat beer. No aroma to speak of, which is maybe a good thing that it didn't smell like it tasted. At first it is just mildly sweet with little to no wheat flavor or anything else, then at the end of a cold swallow you get distinct cider flavors. As is warms, the cider flavor dominates.
