A- arrived a pale yellow with a small amount of white head.
S- has a light malt and and alcohol notes in the beer
T- has a really nice sweetness which is well balanced by the alcohol bitterness, which ends with a really clean finish, however it was pretty light on the hops
M- has a smooth light body with medium carbonation as well
D- average drinkability, pretty smooth which makes it enjoyable,

The beer arrived on the table a clear pale straw with a low white persistent head.
The aroma contained a slight, yet acceptable, DMS component coupled with a nice fruitiness and a slight wheat.
The flavor was crisp with a light DMS and a nicely accomplished dryness. The bittering was well done to balance and only a very slight sweetness remained with a nice fruitiness.
The finish was dry with a lasting bittering just a bit long into the aftertaste. The body was medium light. A decent Kolsch.
Pint at the Brewpub.
