A tale of 2 beers,of 2 countries. On tap at the brewpub. Initially, the hops do not come out. even a tinge of sour. It needs to be solid room temperature, then you get both the British and American hops, and it is nicely bitter and drinkable. Can be improved by some aromatic hopping.
