2014 Batch 1: chinook & cascade hops
2014 Batch 2: copper & cascade hops
Brewed with whole NY harvest hops. A beautiful reddish brown, this beer is brewed to showcase the fresh-picked local NY state hops. Our delicious pale is wet hopped with freshly harvested hops grown in neighboring Tompkins & Steuben Counties.

on tap at moor pats. smells better than tastes. some hop taste in there, but too dry. cascade flavour detected there though. tweakable and quaffable in a pinch.

Served from a growler.
Pours a hazy brownish red color with 1 finger head. Good looking beer.
Great hop aroma up front (very fresh hop aroma) generated from the fresh harvested wet hopping. The beer has a nice and moderate body for an american pale ale. The taste has a hint of sourness to it, but not enough to be off-putting.
Overall, this is a nice harvest ale made with fresh local ingredients to sit back and enjoy the fall season. Get it while you can.
