We took Pekko, a dwarf hop variety and Zythos, a hop blend and teamed them up. The result is a beer with citrus notes and hints of tropical fruits.

Opaque, muddy orange with a small white head and lots of lacing.
Smells like peach, apricot, pineapple, mango, papaya, tangerine, and a little earthy dankness.
Tastes like peach, apricot, pineapple, mango, papaya, tangerine, cracker, and a slight earthy finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, lightly carnbonated, smooth, and somewhat creamy.
A fantastic juicy IPA. Another winner from Upstate!
