Pours a hazy pale amber with greenish notes and an off white head.
Smells of fresh fruit, floral notes, and earthy green notes.
Taste is citrus and tropical fruit with floral notes and erthy bitter herb.

From a can dated 9/25/19 . "Idaho Gem/ Mosaic"
Cracking the tab just slightly, produces a slight gusher of foam, despite being medium cold (40F?)
Pours hazy gold, with three fingers of quickly-dissipating, medium-coarse head, that leaves some coarse lacing.
Smells of apricot nectar, pineapple, doughy malt, cranberry/orange relish, tangerine, and (slight) ruby red grapefruit juice.
Taste is (unripe) peach pit , grapefruit pith, dried pineapple, and a little tangerine. moderate bitterness , just past initial taste, that fades towards the end, yet lingers for a bit.
Feel is light, especially for the abv, but still somewhat jammy. Moderate, very fine carbonation, that becomes quite prickly on the finish , to the point of a pleasant burn.
Overall , I very much like this. It leans to the bitter side of the NEIPA spectrum, and I like THAT. (Point of reference : It is reminiscent of many of many Beer Tree's better NEIPAs, fyi.) Even though it's 4 weeks old, it MIGHT be even better in another week or two. I just got a single, but if I have a chance, will go back for the full pack(s). ;) Highly recommend it!

Had on tap at Butera's in Hamburg,NY. last night.Came in standard pint a hazed, murky light lemon color with a thinner white head atop.Big NE ipa aromas of juicy orange, mango, and tangerine, with a slight grassy note underneath.Juicy tropical fruits on the palate with mango and tangerine really coming out,a bit of sweet onion showed thru as well,a mildly sweet biscuit malt base thru out.Deeply fruity and very easy to drink, another winner of the style here.
