Canned 2.15.18

Comes in an opaque bright yellow color. Topped by a small white head that dies down into a thin ring after a few minutes, leaving spotty lacing behind.
The aroma offers white peach, pineapple, orange pith, lemon, honeydew melon, and raw dough malt.
Upfront there is white peach, pineapple, orange and lemon, with hints of honeydew melon and white grape. Raw dough malt backbone. Slightly chalky/metallica. Moderately bitter on the finish with lingering yellow grapefruit.
The feel is creamy, thick, almost chewy, lightly carbonated, smooth, and lightly dry.
Overall, a really solid offering from Upstate. I'm glad to have them as a local brewery.
