Diamonds & Pearls is a slightly salty brew that also packs a hop punch from a new, grapefruit expressive, experimental hop variety. A dose of Nelson Sauvin hops add notes of Grape and Gooseberry. Finally, we dry hopped with a blend of the two hops to accentuate the flavor with a powerful aroma.
