One sip of this sour and you’ll think you’ve been transported to the shore – Sunshine reflecting off the water as the waves lap at your feet. The citrus aroma of pink grapefruit dances on the nose. Go in just a bit deeper to find a subtle ginger bite splashing in a sea of sour.

Had on tap at UC tap room. A bit too lactic/sour milk in the nose. Hides the grapefruit. But taste works out with less over lactic distraction. Ginger noticeable but does not really contribute. Too many other good sours out there. Wouldn't have again.
