"Brewer Dean’s Rought Draughts: Tart Saison, our first mixed fermentation brew with Brettanomyces. This slightly hazy, pale golden Saison boasts aromas of citrus peel, peachy stone fruit, wildflower, and hay. It’s got a nice, full mouthfeel with bright citrus and peach notes and earthy, rustic, crackery malts. A mouthwatering yet not overpowering tartness rounds this one out and will leave you wanting more."
5 oz pour on draft. Pours a sparkling golden yellow with little head or lacing. Aroma and flavor: well, it's a tart saison with brett and not a whole let else going on. Decent but totally unmemorable.
