12 ounce can poured into a stange.
Canned 6/5/20
I really enjoyed this and consider it a pretty good Kolsch. The light body along with medium-high carbonation make for a crisp, refreshing and fast drinking glass of ale. Both taste and aroma are light, featuring herbal and slightly spicy hops, slightly sweet, cracker and toast malt and very light corn in the back. The taste is mostly dry with a restrained bitter finish. It even looks light and thirst quenching, pouring very clear and straw in color with one inch of white airy foam.

Clear, bright light gold appearance, small head , little lacing. Biscuit-like malt aroma; faint hoppiness imparts a modest herbal quality. Clean, malt driven earthy flavor; sweet, citrusy flavors are left to other styles. This one is all about laid back, easy drinking balance and freshness. Medium -to-light bodied mouthfeel with a clean, dry average length finish.
