This one goes out to all the brewers and beer production workers! Our 3000th batch, Tri-clamp Tripel, is dedicated to the ones that hold it all together and keep the beer in the tanks. Like the humble tri-clamp, our hard-working brewery teams dedicate themselves to the dirty work – the early mornings, late nights, and hot days in the brewhouse. This Brewer’s Choice recipe was inspired by the Belgian-style Tripel – a stronger than average Blonde Pale Ale with a clean, hoppy profile that lets the Belgian yeast esters shine through. You’ll find notes of tart orange citrus, Asian pear, honey-drizzled biscuits, floral hops, and a smooth, dry finish.
