Oh Amarillo Moon, with your hops so big and shiny, you can see the whole damn land.
Bask in the glow of this big bad West Coast-style double IPA. Illuminated with bitter-citrus Amarillo and CTZ hops and cratered by tropical meteors of Galaxy, Strata and Lotus. This new moon is full of sticky, dank, citrus fruits that balance an aggressive and lasting bitterness.
Open the shades, grab a glass, and let this Amarillo Moon shine through your window.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of oranges, light tropical fruits. Taste is floral, light oranges, mild bitterness for a DIPA. Fells medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.

Appearance: Hazy amber, average size off white head, good lacing.
Aroma: Orange, grapefruit, lemon are prominent. Tropical fruit entering thru the back door.
Taste: Some spiciness next to a floral aspect. Citrus still leads the parade.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and well carbonated. Enough strength to move the needle in the right direction.
Overall: A good brewery that thinks through their formulas while maintaining quality control. This is a nice one with no perceptible flaws.
