Crafted with meticulous care, Zephyr presents a medium honey-amber hue topped with a dense, sticky off-white foam. Robust aromas of crusty bread and honey dominate, while subtle toastiness from oak aging adds depth to the bouquet. Delicate hints of sweet floral hops dance alongside nuances of raw almond and brown sugar. On the palate, Zephyr offers a harmonious balance, with moderate sweetness countered by a restrained yet perceptible bitterness. The gentle oak tannin on the finish seamlessly wraps up the experience, leaving a lingering sense of tradition and warmth.

I had a 16 oz "slow pour" at the brewery. Well, probably less than a pint because there was quite a lot of foam. Regardless, this is a delicious beer. Toasty/nuttiness/caramel malt notes, with citrusy/herbal/earthy hops, plus a bit of oak. Moderate bitterness, very creamy mouthfeel, enough carbonation, and super easy to drink. I'd definitely order this again, even if $8 is a bit on the pricey side for this style of beer.
