“Beer Flavored Beer”
A collaboration with Ottobar!
Clear pale gold with white foam. Light pear-like aromas with a touch of floral hops and subdued bready malt. Very crisp and dry on the palate, highly refreshing and finishes fast and clean.

The 12oz can poured into a Nonic.
Straw colored with fairly good clarity.
The thick head settles into a thin layer of foam that yields some spotty lacing.
The flavor is lightly toasted, malty, a little grainy, biscuits, a little leathery.
Very enjoyable mild hops gland bitterness, but balanced. IBU is 22.
Nicely carbonated, and mouthfeel, a faint tingle on the back of the tongue. A fairly dry finish with a faint but pleasant aftertaste.
A tasty pale “German style Ale” as stated on the label.
I’ll be looking for this one again, an easy drinker.
