I was thinking this was a pale ale when I pulled it of the fridge and poured it into a glass. I had to check the label after pouring. This isn't your average pale ale but is instead a "Belgian Summer Ale."
Appearance: Yellow and a bit cloudy. Only a centimetre or so of head, and it dissipates early on.
Smell: A bit spicy, like you'd expect of something Belgian in style.
Taste: Sweet, very low bitterness - label says 26 IBUs. Not that far off from hefeweizen territory.
Feel: Fairly crisp.
