Poured from a 341ml bt
L: Pale golden color with a white foamy head leaving no lacing.
S: Sweet, orange, pear, banana and a slight citrus tone.
T: Cloves banana and floral tones to it, sweet like a triple would be without being able to taste the alcohol.
F: Full body, no taste of alcohol even in the after taste. It leaves a nice Banana taste to it and a little sweetness.
O: A easy drinking beer and even though it says triple hopped it doesn't taste like there is hops in it at all.

Brewed in collaboration with Moon Under Water
Appearance - Pours a hazy gold with a finger of bubbly white head.
Smell - belgian yeast, fruity esters, pepper, bready malts, apple and pear aromas, hint of earthy hops.
Taste - hint of belgian yeast and fruity esters, pepper. It then goes into the bready malts and apple/pear aromas. The hint of earthy hops are hardly noticeable.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Finishes dry with a lingering sweetness.
Overall - An average tripel. I feel as though the base flavours are there. The other elements are lacking.

I'm not a huge fan of this beer style, so I opened my bottle with reservations. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. This is a nicely balanced Tripel, sweet with a warming boozy finish. The folks at Parallel 49 have really gone out of their way to create a unique beer experience with their Brews Brothers mixer.

Straw-coloured, lots of bubbles. Smells of artificial banana flavouring and pear. Smooth and boozy.

341ml bottle, the last cog in the Brew Brothers mixed pack, this a collaboration with Moon Under Water. The name is not, as one might imagine, a Vengaboys reference, but rather John Lee Hooker's 1962 blues tune.
This beer pours a clear, bright medium golden yellow colour, with one skinny finger of weakly foamy and bubbly dirty white head, which leaves a bit of hollow coral reef lace around the glass as things slowly recede.
It smells of bready, doughy pale malt, acerbic yeast, mixed apple and pear fruitiness, faint white pepper and other hard to discern savoury spice, a touch of paint thinner, and tame earthy, leafy hop bitters. The taste is grainy, semi-sweet bready pale malt, more apple and pear cider notes, a lessened yeast astringency, muddled earthy spice, and a hovering metallic booziness.
The bubbles are pretty restrained in their chagrined frothiness, the body a decent medium weight for the style, and sort of smooth, the yeast and throbbing booze heat kind of fixing to spoil the party. It finishes on the sweet side, but hardly overly so, as the tart fruit, yeast, and of course, alcohol lift a mere finger to make it otherwise.
Yup, a stereotypical version of the style, IMHO, as the alcohol oversees all in the end, without overtly interfering as such. Not my cup of tea, as usual, but I can admit quality when it's staring me right in the palate - this Tripel will service your normal boom boom boom Belgian requirements, should that be your thing.

Very light in colour taste profile, and mouthfeel for a Belgian triple, nice undertones of peach and cardamon. Floral nose develops after it has been decanted for a bit. Slightly sweet with notes of honey, and citrus, a bit tart as well with notes of underripe apple. Good alcohol presence without any heat. Overall quite delicate yet intriguing, should be drunk on its own and decanted.

This is a collaboration brew from Parallel 49 Brewing and Moon Under Water Brewing as part of the Brews Brothers Collaboration pack - This pours a hazy golden colour with a thin white head the dissipates fairly quickly to rim the glass. The nose is forward in yeast, spices (especially pepper), grass and hops. The taste brings forward a almost honey malt. There is some hop bitterness as well but it seems really well balanced as not not be overpowering. There is a bit of alcohol burn there, but actually subdued for 9.0%ABV. Again, well balanced.
