Sasquatch Brewing Company Red Electric India-Style Red Ale. 6.7% abv.
A: Dark brown with a white head that goes quick and leaves lacing.
S: Burnt caramel grain, alcohol.
T: Sweet dark malt with a toffee like bitter aspect. A little bit of hop bite on the front of the tongue, but more like just an edge to be sweetness that makes it interesting.
M: Thin, drinkable and despite the malty sweetness. A little malt and hops lingers on the tongue.
O: The beer is good, a super solid red ale, more of a regular red than an IRA in my opinion. The beer is good, but the brewery is obnoxious with their “a Sasquatch is just someone who enjoys the simple things” stuff.
