Very interesting beer. They describe it as a "crescendo of oats and hops, hops and oats, oats and hops, in an endless waltz." That's not far off. The hops and oats hit your palate in succession, and the finish is equally hops and oats. The hop profile doesn't knock out the oats, or any other grains they tossed in the wort. Well done!
