Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Originally conditioned on cocoa nibs, ancho chilies, and Mexican chocolate spices. The we barrel aged it for 11 months in single malt rye and wheat whiskey barrels from Stein Distillery in Joseph, Oregon. Strong flavors of chocolate and vanilla with a smooth oak bourbon characteristic.
