This wheat beer is particularly refreshing thanks to the variety of exotic spices. It offers the perfect gastronomic pairing for world cuisine where it can compete with the intense flavour sensations of a number of dishes. But equally, it will quench many a thirst at a pavement café in summer with a dash of flamboyance.
The nose overwhelms you immediately with various aromas of lemon and lime and an overlay of ginger, all of which give way to underlying aromas of lavender and mint. The taste is very refreshing with a mild bitterness. The particularly spicy sensations linger on the palate for a long time and urge you to take another sip so that you discover a new and seething spicy sensation with every mouthful.
