S: slightly sweet with toffee and a bit of floral;

T: follows the nose; a bit sweeter up front; the toffee is predominant at the end; mild to moderate bitterness and some tannins on the finish;

M: light to medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish that gets drier in the aftertaste;

O: nicely done;
