On draught at the brewery, a golden pour with a nice head, lacing.
Very good toasted malt, leathery, flavorful, goes down easy. 25 IBU, and the Hallertau hops imported from Germany are delicious.
This one was a favorite at our table!

A side note:
I’ve found some inconsistencies or variations in the beer names in Charter Oak Documentation, web site and beer list, also in published ABV.
This beer is list as:
“Easy Rider Kölsch Style” on the beer list in the taproom, and website, 4.7 ABV, 25 IBU
“Easy Rider Kölsch“ on can labels. 4.5 ABV. 30 IBU
Additionally an “Easy Riding Kölsch“ on the website with a 4.8 ABV, 25 IBU.

The name variations do not appear together on lists, which appear to be currently what is available though. This makes me believe spelling and typographical errors are to blame.
Batch variations are always a possibility for the various ABV percentages I suppose.
