Brewers Notes:
Our ever popular Christmas beer. A unique hoppy beer with a fruity aftertaste. Just the thing to leave out for Santa to have with his mince pie on Christmas Eve.

A coppery mahogany color with a foamy ivory head that disipates fairly quickly but produces a bit of lacing.
The aroma is malty with some herbal, grassy notes.
The taste is malty, slightly nutty, with noticeable herbal hops from the start. A bit of caramel or toffee, with some fig or plum and citrus zest in the slightly dry finish. finish along with hints of pine needles.
With a moderate alcohol content and no real spices, this is more like an English brown ale than the winter warmer you might expect from the name, but still worth a try for winter enjoyment. Should work well with any of the traditional holiday meals.
