33 cL tap hits at Bar des Vedettes, at Marche Saint Cyprien, Toulouse, France.
Swell pour in a fluted logoed glass. Perfect pour yields a nice finger of foam.
Nose is Euro hops up front, malty back.
Taste is right there, too. Pilsner and a fine roasty malt backbone. No added sugar gives lustre to the experience. It’s just naked hops and malt in their glory. Good dry finish. Really accented my plate of fine charcuterie.
Mouthfeel is sublime. Toes on high carbonation.
Overall, this simple brew is just a pleasure to drink.,. and the cause?
Yeah. I like turtles.,.
Nesting in Florida.
