A very quaffable, very american pale ale. Pours to an extremely gassy head. Overcarbonated with big bubbles, but that's OK, to get fresh brewed beer in Okalahoma this is forgivable. Served Ice-cold. Beer has a sharp american hop and clean malt aroma. Taste is pleasingly dry with bitter hops and clean pale malt. The law-mandated low alcohol expresses itself as a rough, watery mouthfeel but it is not really bad, once you get used to it. Finishes dry and refreshing. Goes great with (American)football on the big screen TV and good friends.
