Dark gold almost brown 10%, 100IBU IIPA. Has an aroma of coffee and caramel. Relatively smooth for such a high IBU and is not overwhelming. On the heavier side of beers. Will definitely get again as it goes down easy. Thanks One Trick Pony.

Unknown vintage; drank 3/3/19 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy dark orange rust appearance.
A violent pour yielded a nice off-white head; frothy lace.
Grapefruit, caramel, mild baking soda & faint urine notes in the nose.
Thick, sticky mouthfeel.
Caramel & tangy grapefruit flavors up front; mild booze heat & faint urine notes on the finish.
An abomination of an American barleywine; beware, friends, this is no IPA.

This was my first ever sampling of One Trick Pony and I must say that this was a very impressive traditional, high IBU double IPA. Hope to find it in stores soon!

Great IIPA on draft. Pour is golden in clear, slightly hazy, with a decent white head. Aroma is all hops - grapefruit and catty. Flavor is great - as good as many IIPA brewed by better known breweries. Alcohol flavor is present, but doesn't get in the way. I've had this many times - it does vary a bit, could be the freshness or variations in the hops.

A darker brown color and pours with a great head, with a great aroma. The 10% is extremely well hidden with a subtle flavor of malt and hops. Served at the brewery in a half pint glass due to the 10% and great drinkability. Definitely one of, if not the, best DIPA/Imperial IPA I've ever had!
