Pastel pale golden yellow, huge creamy cap of white foam with a meringue texture. Concentric rings of drippy lace form and hang around the sides. Surface coverage lasts for the duration of the glass.
Aroma is grapefruity and resiny. Pungent but light and fresh.
Hoppy bitterness, light pale malt, grapefruit pith and peel. Green and resiny, sticks in the teeth. Very light and drinkable, with an ample hoppiness. Overall a great beer that would be easily sessionable.
